1. Executive Opportunity
A strategic platform for talent acquisition, employer brand and future workforce engagement.
The London Diversity Graduate Career & Training Fair 2027 is a two-day, face-to-face talent and career platform designed to connect employers with graduates, students, early-career professionals, jobseekers, career changers and emerging talent.
For participating organisations, the Fair is designed to support a range of workforce objectives—from immediate recruitment and candidate engagement to employer-brand visibility, early-career attraction, skills development and longer-term talent-pipeline building.
Strategic value proposition: Recruit • Promote • Connect • Educate • Develop Talent • Build Brand Awareness
The proposition extends beyond a traditional exhibition stand. Organisations can communicate their employer proposition, showcase career pathways, promote graduate and apprenticeship opportunities, engage directly with candidates and create relationships that can support future recruitment.
