Electronic Arts is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to join their Commercial team in Singapore. The role is hybrid, full-time, and reports to the Head of Growth.
The Growth Operations Lead will be responsible for running the operating rhythm of Growth, including performance reviews, gate reviews, and decision forums. They will also hold a single source of truth for plans, ownership, and status, and protect progression gates to ensure scaling when milestones are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running the operating rhythm of Growth
- Holding a single source of truth for plans, ownership, and status
- Protecting progression gates
- Turning learnings into playbooks
- Working with Engineering on data and agent systems
- Defining and holding key metrics for the creator platform
- Keeping decision logs and escalation paths
- Surfacing growth effects of product decisions early
- Aligning Growth, Product, Design, Technology, and Trust & Safety on milestone readiness
- Building relationships with platform partners
- Getting web and owned surfaces ready and instrumented
- Holding agencies and vendors to scope
- Working with Legal on market-entry obligations
- Surfacing legal, safety, and policy dependencies
- Maintaining and evolving agentic workflows
- Designing lightweight processes
- Partnering with Growth Intelligence to encode system rules into automation
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in games, UGC, or consumer platforms at scale
- Experience building with AI and agents
- Experience putting agentic workflows into production use
- Automation mindset
- Fluency in Mandarin (preferable)
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Background in creator ecosystems, community platforms, or live-service operations
- Experience working with app store partners
