Join NVIDIA as a Development Project Manager. You'll lead large-scale development projects from site selection to delivery preparation. Your tasks include:
- Translating business goals into development strategies and action plans
- Leading site, land, entitlement, regulatory, permitting, and approval pathways
- Serving as primary interface with government bodies, municipalities, and other approval authorities
- Identifying, engaging, and coordinating specialized consultants and SMEs
- Establishing strong program governance, including status tracking and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field
- 12+ years of total experience in real estate development and capital projects delivery, including 8+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex developments in Taiwan or a similar regulatory environment
- Proven ability to manage consultants and cross-functional collaborators
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Business, or Architecture
- Experience delivering large tech campus developments
- Outstanding ability to navigate regulatory environments
- Proven expertise in managing high-stakes projects with multiple collaborators
