My client has recently reached out to us because they are searching for a talented General Manager for their NEW – going to be hugely popular fine dining Restaurant & Bar in central London. This particular venue is located in great location with great views of the city! They have a collection of trendy & modern hospitality venues in their portfolio and offer clear career progression for the successful individual. Our client’s key focus is finding a General Manager with plenty of high-volume experience within a similar style venue.

(MUST have London experience)

Job Specifications:

  • Analysing the P&L and reducing costs where possible
  • Attending weekly head office meetings and discussing P&L, business performance etc.
  • Lead & motivate your team, as well as recruit & development
  • Oversee the operation of the floor, while engaging the teams
  • Responsible for sales and profit targets, while controlling costs, labour budgets
  • Oversee compliance – Health and safety at work, COSHH, licensing legislation
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations
  • The ideal Manager will have high-volume experience within a luxury or fine-dining venue
